- Access the Pisgah Home Inspections Client Portal using the link provided in your scheduling email.
- The Portal is your hub for Reports, Payments, and Inspection details.
Step 2: Select Payment Options
- Once inside the Portal, navigate to the Payment Options section.
- Review the available payment methods.
Step 3: Choose Pay At Close
- Select Pay At Close as your preferred payment method.
- This ensures your Inspection fee will be added to the Settlement Statement at Closing.
Step 4: Provide Closing Attorney Information
To complete the setup, you must enter:
- Closing Attorney’s Name
- Closing Attorney’s Email Address
- Buyer's Phone Number
- Closing Date
This information allows Pisgah Home Inspections to coordinate directly with your Attorney so the fee is included in your Closing paperwork.
Step 5: Confirm and Save
- Review all details carefully.
- Save your selection. Your Inspection fee will now be handled at Closing.
Important Notes
- Spectora, the payment processor, waits up to 10 days after the Closing Date to collect payment from the Client.
- If payment is not received within that window, the backup Credit Card on file is automatically charged to ensure the Inspection is paid.
- Always confirm with your Agent or Attorney that the Inspection fee is listed on the Settlement Statement to avoid delays.
